Fly Fishing for Rainbow Trout at Jubilee Lakes in County Durham
Updated Monday December 8th 2025
Important.
We have done our best to sort out the problems with our trout but though we are not pointing the finger of blame we've been unable to keep the trout alive for long since the road which borders our lakes was resurfaced in 2022. We hope this is not the end and still working to try to solve the problem. Please note www.anglers-lodge.co.uk, the Anglers Lodge tackle sales website is still active. The tackle shop itself will remain open as normal, Thursdays & Fridays 10am until 4pm & Saturdays 10am until 2pm but closes for the winter break from 2pm Saturday 20th December until 10am Thursday 26th February 2026. Online orders dispatched as normal, post permitting during Christmas Holiday. Sorry for any inconvenience. Dave and Sandra
